Art project and performance at the Lancaster Exotic Dance Club on Bloor West, Toronto.

Nude exotic dancers enter and proceed to get dressed in clothes donated by women who are some of Toronto's leading cultural patrons. These women, with no apparent common ground - who would never otherwise meet - share clothes and become connected in a shared experience.

The Lancaster has agreed to let the club be used for the performance and its regular exotic dancers have agreed to perform. Woman who are leading cultural patrons have agreed to donate clothes.

Painted Apparel invites you to participate by donating items especially for this project.
Any good item in excellent condition will be very appreciated.
Any item printed with a flowers pattern, in any condition, will be put to good use.
Whatever and everything as wearable painting surfaces.
